Staff Application Process

First of all, we recommend that you read our Information Sheet and Job Description here.

Then, fill out the Online Application here.

We generally give first priority to camp staff returning from last summer and begin our recruiting activities in January, though we'll be glad to get your job application any time. Openings for jobs are filled on a rolling basis, which means there is no set deadline. After we receive your application, we review it. If you appear to be a good match with the Camp, we'll contact you to set up an interview. Interviews generally take 40 to 60 minutes and may be conducted by telephone, in person, or via Skype. For those candidates who stand out, we check references and conduct a background check. After all that, if you're successful we'll contact you with congratulations and forward employment forms to you.

International Staff

We encourage people who live outside the United States to apply.  You will need to be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. You must pay for and obtain a J-1 Visa and provide your own transportation to Camp. There are several organizations that will help you through the paperwork necessary to get your J-1 Visa. Because the application process can take a couple of months, you should make every effort to get you Employment Application to us by April 1.

If you have any questions after reviewing the descriptions of the positions in which you are interested, please contact us. We look forward to seeing your application.
